Our Story

Allissa Rose is ran by Alison and Lisa, a Mother and Daughter duo from Derbyshire who both share a love for home aesthetics and luxury fragrances. Our biggest goal is to make all of our products eco friendly using recyclable packaging and limit the use of plastics. We ensure any glitters we use are bio-degradable and we only use Soy wax. We pride ourselves on great customer service and have a nice following on social media and heavy traffic on our website.

We have now created a thriving private label service where we have created custom candles for Interior Design companies all across the UK. We make up the candles at a discounted cost and send them out unbranded ready for you to attach your own business logos.

Shipping and Returns

Product Info

All of our products are CLP Compliant and come with Care At Home and usage instructions which we recommend you follow in order to get the best out of your products.

All products are hand made and hand poured by ourselves in Etwall, Derbyshire.

Return and Refund policy

Returns are accepted with in 14 days of receiving your product. Items returned need to be returned in the condition they were sent with the original packaging for a full refund on the item. Returns postage is to be covered by yourself and this is your responsibility.

Sale items and gift vouchers are not covered in the returns and refund policy.

We recommend the use of Royal mail signed for to be used as proof of returns postage.

A Refund will only be issued if we agree the goods are to be found faulty once a full inspection is conducted or agreed by ourselves via direct email contact with the buyer through the use of photo evidence. Damages must be reported within 48hours of receipt of goods and if item has been signed for as being in good condtion then we have no legal obligation to replace it.

Any returns lost in the postal service are not the responsibility of Allissa Rose and we will not be held liable.

If we believe you have not followed the Care at Home usuage instructions provided with your products then a refund will not be issued.

Shipping Info

Allissa Rose currently ships products to Uk Addresses only using Royal Mail.

All Items are posted out Second Class within 1-2 weeks with a charge of £3.85.

If a product is going to take longer than the above days, we will contact you directly and keep you updated.
